JEEP Staff Training – Project Management

In line with its intention to foster professionalism and efficiency, and to run its project-based work, the head management of JEEP delivered a Project Management Training Course for its staff members from Monday 26th until Tuesday 27th. The training, called Project Management Training is one action in a series of professional and modern business skills training programs that the Head Management of JEEP has undertaken to further and develop its employees’ managerial skills.

The training was about 15 hours which consisted of different topics within the area of PM that were delivered to the participants and details were given on how to professionally plan, schedule, execute, and close any project. Eddie Kigoza, the consultant of JEEP, delivered the training course for the JEEP staff.
